Missions
St. Andrew's is working to be faithful to the Great Commission, Jesus Christ’s command to “go therefore and make disciples of all the nations” (Matthew 28:19) and His Great Commandment “to love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:39)
Therefore, we are committed to participating in missional work that is both local and global.
Our local missions include our English as a Second Language program, collections for and contributions to local food banks, support for our hospitals, and other ministries. We seek in our outreach to build relationships across social and economic barriers in order to meet both material and physical needs.
We also support, through finance and prayer, missionaries that are sent through our Diocesan World Missions Department.
